Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Revenue Growth Manager role based in Gurugram. The Revenue Growth Manager will drive revenue objectives by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying investment opportunities. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with the company's investment vision and flawless execution of projects to maximize returns. Additional responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and supporting business development initiatives.

  • Strong sales expertise and proficiency in fostering client relationships
  • Analytical skills and experience in market research and financial analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction
  • Experience with project management to execute investment strategies effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in the real estate or investment industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
