Job Description

  • Minimum 3+ years in Revenue Growth Management or Trade Promotion Management within the CPG industry. o Proven track record of building and launching complex digital products/platforms.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, promotion optimization, assortment planning, and channel management.
  • Familiarity with RGM tools, analytics platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to convert insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the RGM Platform Suite, aligned with business objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborate with CPG clients and internal stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and translate them into product features.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions leveraging advanced analytics and AI.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure product differentiation and innovation.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for product performance and adoption; track and report progress to leadership.
  • Act as a thought leader in RGM and CPG, representing the product in client discussions, industry forums, and internal knowledge sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards in product design and implementation.
