Minimum 3+ years in Revenue Growth Management or Trade Promotion Management within the CPG industry. o Proven track record of building and launching complex digital products/platforms.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies, promotion optimization, assortment planning, and channel management.
Familiarity with RGM tools, analytics platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to convert insights into actionable product strategies.
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the RGM Platform Suite, aligned with business objectives and market needs.
Collaborate with CPG clients and internal stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and translate them into product features.
