Revenue Executive - Sayaji Corporate office Mumbai

A Revenue Executive is responsible for helping the hotel maximize revenue and profitability by managing room pricing, monitoring demand and analyzing market trends. The role involves adjusting room rates, controlling inventory across booking channels and ensuring the hotel achieves the best possible occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update room rates across all distribution channels such as OTAs and the hotel's direct booking platforms.
• Monitor daily performance indicators like occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate) and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).
• Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to recommend rate strategies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports for management.
• Assist in forecasting demand and occupancy levels.
• Coordinate with sales, reservations and front office teams to support promotions and group bookings.

Skills Required: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of revenue management concepts, good communication skills, and proficiency in Excel or hotel management systems.
