Job Description
Ensures that revenue is recognized in accordance with Corporate and SEC standards. Provides direction to sales organization prior to contracts being concluded.
Responsibilities
As a member of Revenue Accounting you will assist in the processing of revenue impacting adjustments and reconciling balance sheet account. Monitor revenue, reconcile receivables, and unearned accounts. Work with internal customers to resolve related revenue inquiries. Assist in facilitating the automation of current processes and procedures. You may participate in special projects.
Global Finance Information Center in Bangalore is strategic shared service finance center of Oracle finance. Accounts Receivables team is primarily engaged in processing of all types of
invoices, credit memo's, rebills, revenue accounting, reporting and its delivery to Oracle's customers, on timely manner. The position is open for a Lead Analyst Accounts Receivable. Candidate should be willing to work in night shift and other business driven shift timings.
Candidate must possess:
- Good inter-personal communication skills
- Sound accounting knowledge
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and resolve problems.
- Lead conference calls with LOB and other stake holders
- Analysis Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful information for decision making
- Support SOX, External and Internal Audits
