Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute HVAC projects (VRF / Ducted / Chillers) from kickoff to handover
  • Manage sites, contractors, and site engineers
  • Support heat load, unit selection, and drawing coordination
  • Prepare & track Gantt charts, project schedules, and milestones
  • Handle RA / final billing and project documentation
  • Coordinate with customers, consultants, sales, and internal teams

Required Skills

  • Strong site execution & HVAC technical knowledge
  • Basic heat load & design understanding
  • Project planning and billing exposure
  • Good communication and coordination skills
