Responsibilities :
Develop and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Java to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute API tests ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Provide technical expertise in automation tools and techniques driving continuous improvement in testing processes.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues identified during testing working closely with developers to resolve defects.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases test scripts and test results to ensure transparency and traceability.
Oversee the execution of automated test suites monitoring performance and identifying areas for optimization.
Lead efforts to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Mentor and guide junior team members sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technologies applying them to improve testing efficiency.
Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions providing insights from a testing perspective.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining high standards of quality and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. -Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Selenium and Java with hands-on experience in developing automated test scripts.
Have a solid understanding of API testing and tools with the ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases.
Show experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines integrating automated tests.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Display strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
