AWS Cloud Specialist
Experience - 8 to 12 years

Location - Nungambakkam, Chennai (work from client office - weekly 5 days)
We are scaling our payment terminal platform to support cloud‑connected devices with persistent WebSocket sessions and event‑driven transaction processing. We're looking for a hands‑on AWS Cloud Specialist to own the design, deployment, reliability, and cost optimization of this next‑generation architecture.
What You'll Work On
- AWS infrastructure for WebSocket Connection Manager (ECS), DynamoDB / Redis ConnectionState, and SQS FIFO + Lambda transaction pipelines
- ALB configuration for WebSocket upgrades and sticky session routing
- Autoscaling strategies based on active connections, CPU, and memory
- Benchmarking DynamoDB vs Redis for latency, reconnect consistency, and churn
- Observability using CloudWatch, alarms, and AWS X‑Ray
- Kafka to SQS migration to significantly reduce infrastructure cost
- End‑to‑end Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform or AWS CDK
- Collaboration on CI/CD pipelines, DR, and environment parity
