Role Purpose

To leverage extensive industry networks and sales leadership experience to support business development, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth for consulting services in:

  • ISO Management Systems

  • Food Safety & Regulatory Consulting

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach prospective clients across target sectors
  • Activate industry contacts and corporate networks
  • Support lead qualification and client introductions
  • Facilitate meetings with CXOs, Plant Heads, QA Heads, EHS Heads

Strategic Sales Advisory

  • Advise on market positioning and sector targeting
  • Support proposal discussions and commercial negotiations
  • Guide pricing strategy and bid structuring
  • Provide insights on competitor positioning

Sector Penetration Support

Target industries may include:

  • Pharma & Medical Devices
  • Food & FMCG
  • Infrastructure & Construction

Institutional & Corporate Connect

  • Connect with industry associations

  • Mentor young sales executives
  • Support GTM strategy refinement
  • Advise on client retention and upselling models
  • Help structure key account management systems

Required Experience

  • 20+ years in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
  • Experience in B2B services preferred
  • Strong industry network in target sectors
  • Prior role as:
  • Sales Head
  • Marketing Head
  • Business Development Head
  • Regional Sales Director
  • Corporate Relationship Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA (Marketing) preferred
  • Engineering background (advantageous for technical services)
  • Experience in consulting, certification, industrial services, or infrastructure sectors preferred
