The Role: Sales through ExpertiseAt Shvasa, we are looking for Closers who happen to be Yogis. We need high-energy professionals who can take a struggling user and turn them into a lifetime advocate. If you have experience in the HealthifyMe ecosystem—managing large cohorts, driving renewals, and hitting aggressive upsell targets—this role is designed for you.
This is a performance-linked, target-based role. You will be responsible for the Health of the Business by maintaining a high Retention Rate and driving significant Upsell Revenue.

At Shvasa, we don't just sell subscriptions. We provide LIVE, interactive yoga to a global audience (primarily US/Europe). We are looking for Retention Specialists who understand that a Renewal is actually a Health Win.
Key Responsibilities (Target-Driven):- Consultative Sales & Counseling: Use your YTT and Nutrition expertise to provide personalized wellness guidance. You aren't just a coach; you are a Success Partner responsible for moving the user through the sales funnel.
- Aggressive Revival (The Win-Back Target): Use your sales muscle to reach out to cancelled users. You will be measured on your ability to overcome objections, understand blockers, and successfully re-bill/re-engagechurned accounts.
- Upsell & Value Upgrades: Meet monthly revenue targets by identifying power users and transitioning them into our high-ticket YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) programs or long-term premium plans.
- Churn Intervention (Proactive Sales): Monitor real-time attendance data. When a user drops off, you intervene with a solution-sale to ensure they don't churn. You are the first line of defense against revenue loss.
- Feedback & Growth Loop: Act as a liaison between the user and the product team. Use your sales insights to suggest features that increase stickiness and lifetime value (LTV).
Qualifications:- Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 or higher) – MANDATORY.
- Sales Background is a MUST: Proven track record in B2C sales, retention, or renewal-heavy roles (HealthifyMe, Cult.fit, or Ed-Tech experience is highly preferred).
- Sales/Retention Experience: Proven track record in a B2C health-tech or fitness environment.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work an evening or night shift (between 6 PM and 8 AM IST) to support our global community.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to user retention.
