INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVE
The Business Development Intern will support the growth strategy of Hello Power Private
Limited by assisting in client acquisition, market research, proposal preparation, presentations,
and field-level business development activities. This role is ideal for confident communicators
who are eager to gain real-world exposure in the renewable energy and power sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and generate potential business leads through market research, field visits, and
online platforms
Support identification of new business opportunities in renewable energy, EPC works,
electrical infrastructure, and allied services
Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations
2. Client Interaction & Communication
Communicate with prospective clients, developers, contractors, and consultants
Explain company offerings clearly and convincingly
Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with clients
3. Presentation & Pitching
Prepare high-quality presentations for client meetings and internal reviews
Support senior management during client pitches and negotiations
Present market findings, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments
4. Market & Field Research
Conduct market research on ongoing and upcoming projects in Bangalore and nearby
regions
Collect field-level data on competitors, pricing, project trends, and customer
requirements
Analyze market demand and prepare structured reports
5. Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with technical, engineering, and operations teams for proposal inputs
Assist in preparing basic cost estimates, BOQs (basic level), and commercial summaries
Maintain proper documentation of leads, meetings, and follow-ups
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Mandatory Skills
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory; Kannada preferred)
High convincing and negotiation capability
Confidence in interacting with senior professionals and clients
Good understanding of basic business concepts
Preferred Knowledge
Basic knowledge of renewable energy, power sector, or electrical/infrastructure projects
Familiarity with Bangalore real estate, EPC, or energy market is an advantage
Understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and client conversion
Technical & Tools
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
Ability to prepare professional presentations and reports
Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
BBA / BBM / B.Com / MBA / PGDM (Marketing, Business Development, Energy
Management) – Pursuing or Completed
OR
Diploma (EEE) / B.Tech / BE (Electrical) – Final-year students or recent graduates
Candidates with strong aptitude and interest may be considered irrespective of degree

INTERNSHIP OPTIONS & COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
OPTION 1: CURRENTLY PURSUING STUDENTS
(3–6 MONTH INTERNSHIP | NO PPO)
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Training Period: 1st Month – Unpaid Training
Compensation (Post-Training)
Incentives: After 2nd month (depending on sales performance)
Allowances: Up to ₹3,000
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month (paid after completion of 1 months)
Certification
Internship Certificate: Yes, after 3 months
Letter of Recommendation: Yes, after 3 months (performance-based)

Allowances: Up to ₹3,000
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month after completion of 1 months
(Performance-based continuation)

Internship Certificate: Yes, after 6 months
Letter of Recommendation: Yes, after 6 months (performance-based)
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
Applicable only for 6–12 month interns
PPO CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
