About the Job
We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager who will own the end-to-end user lifecycle at HashFame.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, product, and growth. You will be responsible for improving user activation, verification rates, engagement, and long-term value through structured lifecycle programs powered by WhatsApp, Email, and In-App communication.
If you think in funnels, speak in metrics, and make decisions through experiments - this role is for you. You won't just run campaigns - you will build growth systems.

What You'll Own:
- Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle and retention programs across WhatsApp, Email, and In-App Notifications
- Analyse user funnels to identify drop-offs and improvement opportunities
- Partner closely with the Tech team to implement automation workflows that improve activation and LTV
- Build and optimise WhatsApp automation flows including drop-off recovery, win-back journeys, and loyalty triggers
- Drive personalisation and localisation strategies to improve engagement and conversions
- Run continuous A/B experiments across messaging, CTAs, delivery timing, and sequencing
- Develop dashboards to track funnel metrics, cohort behaviour, and campaign performance & Translate data into actionable insights
Who is a Great fit:
- 23 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or a similar role from B2C space.
- Strong understanding of user funnels, cohort analysis, and growth metrics
- Experience running A/B experiments and optimisation cycles
- Strong ownership mindset - you don't just execute, you optimise
