We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Retention Marketing Campaign Manager to join Vedantu in Bangalore. In this role, you will drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) through targeted, data-driven campaigns across channels like WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, and AI-driven chat platforms.
You will work closely with product, analytics, and design teams to build lifecycle journeys, optimize campaign performance, and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize retention campaigns across: WhatsApp, SMS, IVR
- AI chat platforms (optional)
- Build and manage customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and drip flows
- Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, retention, and LTV
- Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and channel strategies
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams for execution
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality campaign execution
- Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 02 years of experience in marketing, CRM, growth, or related fields
- Basic understanding of retention marketing and customer lifecycle concepts
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, SMS, or email marketing tools
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
Preferred / Good-to-Have
- Experience with tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or HubSpot
- Exposure to IVR systems or conversational AI/chatbots
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or analytics tools
- Understanding of user segmentation and personalization strategies
