Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Assist walk-in clients and provide consultative selling for luxury furniture/Veneers & Millwork.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with HNI clients, architects, and interior designers.
Showroom & Retail Operations
- Maintain premium showroom display and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle quotations, billing, and order processing.
- Provide post-sale support and resolve customer queries.
Manufacturing & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Manage custom furniture orders and site/project requirements when needed.
Business Development
- Identify new opportunities in premium residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of interior design, materials, and furniture manufacturing
- Negotiation and closing skills for high-value transactions
