Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Assist walk-in clients and provide consultative selling for luxury furniture/Veneers & Millwork.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with HNI clients, architects, and interior designers.

Showroom & Retail Operations

  • Maintain premium showroom display and visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle quotations, billing, and order processing.
  • Provide post-sale support and resolve customer queries.

Manufacturing & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
  • Manage custom furniture orders and site/project requirements when needed.

Business Development

  • Identify new opportunities in premium residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of interior design, materials, and furniture manufacturing
  • Negotiation and closing skills for high-value transactions
