ð Key Responsibilities:
Oversee smooth store operations, including customer service, and sales support.
Implement standard operating procedures and ensure operational excellence.
Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries and escalations.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and driving sales initiatives.
Train and supervise store staff, ensuring high performance and professionalism.
Maintain the store's appearance and execute effective visual merchandising.
Travelling to other cities for setting up new stores.
Meeting the Architects around the store area to generate sales.
â Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in business or related field.
Experience in store operations, preferably in the home decor industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and retail software.
