Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, manage the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience at our jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end store operations and day-to-day activities

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Ensure excellent customer service and handle high-value clients

Monitor inventory, stock movement, and billing processes

Drive sales performance and store profitability

Ensure compliance with brand standards and store policies

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience managing a jewellery store

Prior experience in jewellery retail is mandatory

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

Strong leadership, sales, and customer-handling skills

Comfortable managing targets and store operations.
