Job Description

Why This Role Matters

This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of all online sales channels by owning marketplace operations,website execution,pricing control,and inventory health. Itis critical in preventing revenue leakage and driving operational efficiency.

What You Will Own

Marketplace Operations Management

  • End-to-end handling of seller/vendor portals on Key Marketplace & Qcom platform
  • Dailymonitoringoflistinghealth,suppressions,buybox,andperformancemetrics.
  • Manage & coordinate end-to-end FBA/FBF FC shipments & dispatches for smoother operations on Key Marketplace & Qcom channels

  • Ensure SLA compliance(dispatch ,cancellations return rates).
  • Resolve operational escalations with indentified TAT.

Website Operations (D2C)

  • Manageproductuploads,contentaccuracy,pricingupdates,andstocksynconbrand website.
  • Ensureproductvisibility,correctcategorization,andbackendhygiene.
  • Coordinate with tech team for issue resolution and updates.
  • Monitor order flow and customer experience metrics.

Inventory Management

  • Daily tracking of stock availability across marketplaces and website.
  • Coordinate replenishment with warehouse/planning teams.
  • Maintain high fill rate and prevent stock-outs.
  • Monitor slow-moving and aging inventory.
  • Align inventory for sale events and promotions.

Pricing &Margin Control

  • Ensure real-time price updates across channels.
  • Maintain pricing parity between marketplaces and website.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and discount structures.
  • Avoid margin leakages due to pricing errors.

Reporting &Process Control

  • Publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS dashboards.
  • Track KPIs such as:
  • Inventory fill rate
  • OOS%
  • Cancellation & return%
  • SLA adherence
  • Pricing accuracy
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Cataloging

  • Manage product uploads, content accuracy, pricing updates, and stock sync on Marketplace &Qcom channels
