Role Overview
We are looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our store team. You will be the face of Pinklay helping customers discover products, offering styling or product advice, and ensuring a warm in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Understand customer preferences and offer thoughtful product suggestions
- Ensure every customer leaves with a positive Pinklay experience
Sales & Store Support
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Assist with billing, POS operations, and cash handling
- Support upselling and cross-selling across categories
Store Presentation
- Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual standards
- Assist with product displays, folding, and replenishment
- Support new launches, promotions, and seasonal displays
Inventory & Operations
- Help with stock receiving, tagging, and inventory checks
- Alert the Store Manager about low stock or damaged products
- Follow store SOPs and safety guidelines
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in retail or customer service (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a pleasant, customer-friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn about products, fabrics, and styling
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is a plus
