Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant at our Retail store in Gurugram and Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing product knowledge, fashion consulting, excellent communication, customer service, and driving sales through personalized interactions with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized fashion and styling consultations to clients
- Maintain deep knowledge of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand philosophy
- Collaborate with the buying and visual merchandising teams to align style choices with product availability
- Monitor client preferences, introduce them to new collections, and drive sales through personalized recommendations
- Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets
- Ensure the store maintains a premium presentation standard
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in fashion consulting, personal styling, or luxury retail
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of premium/luxury brands and high-end clientele
- Ability to drive sales and exceed targets through personalized styling
- Strong organizational and time management skills
