Position Overview

The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers at the store counter, promoting products, processing sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in product selection.

• Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.

• Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and display areas.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

• Address customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.

• Keep track of stock levels and inform the store manager of replenishment needs.

• Prepare daily sales reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards. Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred)

. • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
