Job Description

Bachelor s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting integrated IT Systems.
Experience with Point of Sales, Retail POS business processes and functions.
Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work with team members of Cross Functions / departments
Installation, Configuration of POS, Omnichannel & Other Business Applications
Manage L1 & L2 Support tickets on ITSM portal within defined SLAs.
Good at documenting issues and determining the root cause
Ability to test fixes, patches and solutions provided.
Ensure completeness of documentation
Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks.
Professional communication skills - gives clear instructions, good listener
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Experience in Ginesys POS will be added advantage
