Role: Retail Executive Kitchen Appliances (In-Store) Function: In-store Sales | Customer Experience | Brand Representation Why this role is special This is not a typical retail sales job. You will be the face of a fast-growing, innovation-led kitchen appliances brand, working under the guidance of - with a founding team that includes 2-time founders, leaders from IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Lucknow, and a strong in-house R&D team that builds category-first products. If you are curious, articulate, and enjoy explaining why a product is superior, this role will sharpen your sales, product, and business thinking far beyond a normal store role. You won't just sell. You will learn how great products are built, positioned, and sold. What you will do Own in-store sales and experience for Beyond products at Livspace, HomeLane, and premium retail stores. Engage walk-in customers and translate product innovation into simple, compelling stories. Demonstrate products confidently, explaining features, benefits, and differentiation versus traditional brands. Work closely with interior designers, store staff, and channel partners to drive preference for Beyond. Collect real customer feedback and share insights with the central sales and product teams. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers walk away impressed, informed, and confident. Who you should be Someone who enjoys talking to customers and influencing decisions, not just billing. Curious about how products work and eager to learn new technology. Comfortable explaining premium products in a clear, friendly, non-pushy way. Prior experience in retail, appliances, electronics, interiors, or lifestyle products is a plusbut attitude matters more than background.
