Roles
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional way.
- Manage daily customer interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer queries through in-person.
- Assist customers in understanding products and services, providing accurate information.
- Support the sales process by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable styling products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and issue resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
- Build and retain strong relationships with repeat customers.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, queries, and trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer skills for managing customer data and sales records.
- Experience with Jewellery Brand or Retail sales.
