Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Kolkata. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, and offering product knowledge to help guide decisions. Your day-to-day tasks will also include managing sales transactions, maintaining proper store displays, and fostering positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Retail Sales and a solid understanding of Product Knowledge
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving Sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers
• Prior retail or sales experience is a plus
• An understanding or interest in Indian traditional fashion is an advantage
• Freshers are welcome too.

Full-time | 11:30 AM 8 PM | 6 days/week
