Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including client engagement, relationship building, and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and the sales team
- In-depth product knowledge, specifically in jewellery and gemstones, with an ability to effectively present and sell products
- Organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple client interactions and sales tasks
- Experience in the luxury goods or jewellery industry is mandatory
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools for tracking and reporting sales activities
