Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist at Sakhuja Textiles located in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, providing knowledgeable recommendations, and ensuring that customer needs are met. The daily tasks include maintaining an organized and visually appealing store, processing sales transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and good English communication abilities to foster positive customer interactions
• Experience in Retail Sales and in-depth Product Knowledge to assist and guide customers efficiently
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail environment
• Prior experience in luxury retail or textile sales is preferred
• Basic numerical and computer skills for processing transactions
• The candidate should be well-groomed, professionally presentable, and confident in customer interaction. Professionally presentable with strong customer-facing skills
