Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Representative, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Retail Sales Representative will interact with customers to promote Affordplan's products and services, provide excellent customer service, and build relationships to ensure overall satisfaction. Key responsibilities include understanding the company's products, addressing customer queries, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the company's products and ability to effectively communicate their benefits
- Proven expertise in Retail Sales and Sales strategies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in problem-solving, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the healthcare or fintech industry is an advantage
