Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in line with business goals
• Drive revenue growth through market expansion and effective execution
• Ensure consistent product availability and strong in-store visibility
General Trade (GT) Management
• Strengthen and expand the distributor and retail network
• Improve numeric and weighted distribution across the territory
• Build strong retailer relationships to drive repeat business
Modern Trade (MT) Management
• Manage regional chains and key accounts
• Support product listings, promotional activities, and in-store execution
Distributor Management
• Appoint and manage distributors and super stockists
• Ensure efficient stock flow and minimize stock-outs
• Monitor distributor performance and return on investment
Team Leadership
• Lead and manage Sales Officers, promoters, and beauty advisors
• Set clear targets, track performance, and drive team productivity
• Provide ongoing coaching and development support
Brand & Market Execution
• Execute product launches, sampling activities, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure high standards of merchandising and shelf visibility
• Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
