RenewBuy is looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals to join our Direct Wealth Channel in a leadership capacity. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong background in insurance sales and proven experience in managing high-performing teams. As an ASM/AH, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, building a productive sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 510 Front Line Sales (FLS) professionals
Drive team sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to strengthen the sales force
Monitor team productivity, provide regular feedback, and improve performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
Build strong relationships with customers and drive business through quality sales
Required Skills Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Mandatory experience in team handling within Insurance / BFSI sector
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
