Job Responsibilities: As a Temporary Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with product information and recommendations.
- Engage with customers to understand their makeup needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting the right makeup products based on their skin type, tone, and desired look.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our makeup products, including their features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and providing personalized recommendations.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize each customers purchase potential.
- Demonstrations:
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase application techniques and highlight product advantages.
- Provide hands-on assistance to customers in trying out products.
- Stock Management:
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining the visual appeal of the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the store manager.
- Cash Handling:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash and card payments while adhering to company procedures.
- Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for makeup and cosmetics, with a strong interest in staying updated on industry trends.
- Basic knowledge of makeup application techniques and product ingredients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and strong customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work within a temporary 15-day contract period.
