Retail Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and advice to customers regarding features, benefits, and pricing.
• Assist customers with product selection, including demonstrating features, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about current promotions, upcoming events, and product launches.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Passion for interior design and home decor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computerized point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and other merchandise as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
