Job Description

An Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales & Marketing Manager with a background in corporate branding and experience working with branding or advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales of our solutions in Digital Wall Media, In-Shop Branding, and Turnkey Branding Projects, focusing on retail clients and corporate accounts.

Key Competencies:

  1. Identify and approach prospective retail and corporate clients for branding and media solutions.
  2. Understand client requirements and recommend the best-fit solutions (wall media, in-shop branding, turnkey branding, digital signage, OH advertising)
  3. Work closely with internal design, production, and installation teams to ensure project delivery.
  4. Develop proposals, give presentations, and close deals with decision-makers
  5. Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and branding partners.
  6. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  7. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  8. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools.
  9. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
