Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to manage in-store sales at RIOM Jewels. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling walk-in customers, building strong customer relationships, promoting jewellery products effectively, and maintaining proper control of the stock assigned to them on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
  • Promote and sell gold, silver, and other jewellery items available in the showroom.
  • Deliver a premium and trustworthy shopping experience to every customer.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
  • Ensure proper product presentation and display management at the assigned counter.
  • Maintain daily sales records and submit reports to the management.
  • Handle and monitor the stock assigned to them for the day with proper responsibility and accuracy.
  • Ensure all stock issued and returned is properly checked and reported.
  • Coordinate with the sales manager and billing/accounting team for smooth store operations.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, current collections, and customer preferences.
  • Support the team during festive seasons, events, and high customer footfall periods.
Requirements
  • Male/Female candidates are welcome.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass(Graduate preferred).
  • Prior experience in retail sales or jewellery sales will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build customer trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Basic computer knowledge for sales reporting and stock coordination.
  • Responsible and careful in handling daily stock assigned by the store.
  • Professional appearance, polite behaviour, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
