Retail Sales Executive (Jewellery)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
• Explain product details, pricing, purity, making charges, and offers.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery as per their budget and occasion.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Maintain stock records and ensure proper display of jewellery.
• Follow store policies, security, and hygiene standards.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery (for experienced candidates).
• Willingness to learn (for freshers).
• Ability to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Sales-oriented mindset.

Experience Requirement:

• Fresher: Training will be provided.
• Experienced: 6 months to 5 years in jewellery or retail sales preferred.
