Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual standards of the store.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
