This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive specializing in furniture at STORIES - Furniture & Decor, located in Kozhikode. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored furniture and dcor solutions, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Retail Sales Executive will also contribute to achieving sales targets, delivering high-quality service, and maintaining merchandising and display standards in the showroom.

• Retail Sales and Sales skills to effectively meet sales targets and optimize customer offerings
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a memorable and satisfying shopping experience
• Excellent Communication and Relationship Building abilities to engage with clients effectively and build long-term connections
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and ensure a welcoming showroom environment
• Passion for home dcor, interior design, or furniture will be considered a plus
• Prior experience in retail or furniture sales is preferred
• Basic understanding of visual merchandising and display techniques
