We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Officer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in retail sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor clean and organized, restocking merchandise as necessary.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
