Role Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Home Consultants. In this role, you will assist walk-in customers at our studio, help them select the right products, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and recommendations
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable home décor solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
- Support order processing and post-sales service
- Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (Freshers welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in home décor, furniture, or interior styling
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (6 days/week)
