Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented professionals to assist walk-in customers at our retail studios. As a Home Consultant, you will guide customers in selecting the right products, ensure a seamless in-store experience, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and personalized recommendations
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Support order processing and provide post-sales assistance
• Prepare daily reports on sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

• 6month –2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in home décor, furniture, or interior styling
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (6 days/week)
