Retail Sales Executive Under Armour Retail

New Delhi

You will sell UA products to our premium customers who walk in to the retail outlets directly. Understanding the need, recommending the product as per the requirements, explaining features and benefits, customer query handling and achieving individual sales target would be the primary responsibility for this role.

1 - 5 yrs

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers and find out the needs.

To be a sales consultant to the customer.

Describing a products features and demonstrate use and operation of the product.

Handling customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise.

Providing information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.

Maintain sales reports to keep a track of the progress.

Key Requisites

Should have excellent communication skills.

Flair for selling.

Must be customer service oriented, patience, adaptability & persuasiveness.

Should have knowledge of sales (should know the process, objection handling, cross selling, converting customers

Must be willing to take initiatives and should possess high energy level, integrity & clarity in thoughts.

Should have at least 6 months experience in Sales

Willing to work on weekends and travel.
