Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru Whitefield and Hyderabad Jubilee Hills for a Retail Sales Consultant. The Retail Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and assist in vehicle selection. Responsibilities include driving sales through exceptional customer service, enhancing the overall customer experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the consultant will maintain knowledge of industry trends and the company's product offerings while contributing to sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Good Command over English Language Verbal and Written is mandatory
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales to drive engagement and achieve sales quotas
- Strong Customer Experience and Customer Service expertise to build positive relationships and foster loyalty
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction to ensure clients are provided with excellent service and a seamless purchasing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
