Retail Sales Associate

On behalf of our client, a premier fashion retail brand, we are looking for an engaging and customer-oriented Fashion Sales Associate to join their retail team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the front-facing ambassador of the brand, responsible for delivering personalized styling experiences, driving store sales, and supporting daily boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and welcoming customer service to all shoppers, providing tailored styling advice and product recommendations.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute collaboratively toward overall monthly store KPIs.

• Assist with day-to-day store operations, including POS cash/card handling, opening and closing procedures, and inventory counts.

• Uphold visual merchandising standards by maintaining neat, organized, and properly displayed sales floors and fitting rooms.

• Support stockroom management, including unpacking shipments, tagging, steaming garments, and restocking floor displays.

• Build strong rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and foster long-term brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience, with an interest in fashion, styling, and apparel trends.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• Comfortable operating retail Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling basic transaction reporting.

• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Physical capability to stand for retail shift durations and assist with light stock movement in the backroom.
