Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

1. Customer Service / 顾客服务

   • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

   • 主动接待顾客,为顾客提供友善及专业的服务。

   • Understand customers needs and recommend suitable products.

   • 了解顾客需求,并根据需求推荐合适的产品。

   • Provide product information and answer customers enquiries.

2. Sales / 销售工作

   • Promote products and assist customers with their purchases.

   • 介绍及推广产品,协助顾客完成购买。

   • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets where applicable.

   • 按公司要求完成每日及每月销售目标。

   • Handle cashless and cash payments accurately.

3. Store Operations / 门店工作

   • Arrange and replenish products on shelves and displays.

   • 负责商品陈列、整理及补货。

   • Ensure the store is clean, neat and well-organised.

   • 保持门店整洁、有序及良好的购物环境。

   • Check product stock levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock items.

   • 检查库存,并及时向主管报告缺货或库存不足的商品。

4. Other Duties / 其他工作

   • Assist with receiving, checking and arranging incoming goods.

   • 协助接收、检查及整理到货商品。

   • Assist with stocktaking and other store activities when required.

   • 根据需要协助盘点库存及其他门店工作。

   • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

   • 完成主管或管理层安排的其他合理工作。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Good communication and customer service skills.
  良好的沟通能力及顾客服务意识。

• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
  待人友善、工作认真负责,并愿意学习。

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  能够独立工作,也能与团队合作。

• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
  有零售或销售经验者优先。

• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
  根据门店需要,能够配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作。
