Position:Store Promoter / Beauty Advisor Females Only

Location:Modern Bazaar (2 premium store locations)

Type:Full-Time (Rotational Duty)

Timings:11:00 AM 8:00 PM ( Can discuss on Call)

Weekly Off:1 day

Travel:Reimbursement provided

About the Role

Leafoberryy is hiring adynamic, well-spoken, and customer-friendly Promoterto represent our premium skincare products at Modern Bazaar stores.

You will manage2 stores on a rotational basis, ensure brand visibility, assist customers, and support sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

• Welcome and engage customers at the store
• Communicate product benefits clearly (training provided)
• Help customers choose products based on their skin needs
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

2. Brand Representation

• Maintainproduct display, shelf hygiene, and brand visibility
• Ensure correctpricing, labels, and barcodes
• Follow grooming standards and brand guidelines

3. Stock & Store Management

• Monitor stock availability at both stores
• Reportlow stock, damage, or customer feedback
• Coordinate with the Leafoberryy team for replenishment

4. Reporting

• Daily sales & footfall report
• Update on fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs
• Maintain promoter attendance & performance reports

Requirements

• Good communication & customer-handling skills
• Presentable & confident personality
• Experience in beauty, FMCG, or retail is a plus
• Ability to travel between2 store locations
