The Retail Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. You will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, optimizing sales performance, and implementing operational strategies to align with company goals. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and creating a seamless customer shopping experience.

• Expertise in Retail Operations, Inventory Management, and Store Operations
• Leadership and Team Management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring store staff
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for sales performance evaluation and operational improvements
• Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure excellent shopping experiences and resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Sales Reporting and Budget Management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a Retail Management role is a strong advantage
