Key Responsibilities Retail Merchandiser
- Plan and execute retail merchandising strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility across stores
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify best-selling products, slow movers, and new opportunities
- Manage store operations under a consignment model, including stock movement, replenishment, and sell-through tracking
- Ensure optimal product presentation in-store, maintaining visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with retail partners and clients to maintain strong relationships and drive customer retention
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stock-outs
- Spearhead product development and sampling, coordinating with design and production teams from concept to final sample approval
- Maintain and update line sheets, including product details, SKUs, pricing, and seasonal assortments
- Develop and manage product pricing in alignment with margins, market positioning, and sales strategy
- Prepare and maintain detailed product specifications for production and quality consistency
- Create, issue, and hand over Purchase Orders (POs) to the production team, ensuring accuracy in quantities, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Track order status and follow up on production, dispatch, and store deliveries
- Generate regular sales, inventory, and performance reports for internal review

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on understanding client preferences and resolving issues effectively.
- Experience in operations, including inventory management and merchandising strategies.
- Proficiency in sales and sales & marketing techniques to enhance business growth.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proficient in using retail management software and tools; knowledge of current market trends is a plus.
