About the role
We're looking for a hands-on retail marketing professional to bring the Oben Electric brand to life across our showrooms and local markets. You'll own on-ground brand experiences - from storefronts and mall activations to billboards, festive dcor and BTL campaigns, and make sure every offline touchpoint links back to our brand story. What you'll do (Key Responsibilities):
- Own showroom branding across all locations, ensuring consistent, high-impact visual identity, strong store hygiene, and a great customer experience.
- Plan and execute offline campaigns including billboards, roadshows, mall activations, tech-park activations, and local market events.
- Lead ground activations such as storefront branding, POS displays, visual merchandising, in-store elements, and festive dcor.
- Drive dealer coordination for all BTL activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely rollouts at showroom level.
- Build and manage local partnerships and collaborations to increase footfall and local awareness.
- Develop and manage local marketing vendors, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Run BTL activities end-to-end with a sharp focus on coordination, execution quality, and ROI.
- Manage production, installation, upkeep, and maintenance of branding materials, working closely with design, procurement, dealers, and vendor teams.
- Produce, manage, and distribute merchandise and print collateral for showrooms and campaigns.
- Ensure showroom hygiene, branding upkeep, and visual standards are consistently maintained across locations.
- Align offline executions with the brand's social media storytelling to create seamless cross-channel brand experiences.
- Support dealers with clear communication, campaign guidelines, and on-ground execution support.
- Track performance, collect showroom and dealer feedback, and continuously optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines across all local and regional executions.
Who we're looking for (requirements):
- 3+ years of retail/on-ground marketing experience with proven execution of storefront branding, billboards, mall activations and BTL campaigns, preferably in automotive, consumer durables, or retail.
- Demonstrable track record of running branding projects across multiple cities/locations.
- Strong vendor management, procurement experience and negotiation skills.
- Excellent project management - plan, budget, and deliver campaigns on time and within quality standards.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into tangible, measurable in-store experiences.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-city environment and coordinating cross-functional teams (design, ops, sales, procurement).
- Network of pan-India vendors/agencies for national and regional rollouts.
- Clear communicator with stakeholder management strength.
