Job Description

Lead and manage all outputs of the marketing across:

  • Digital Media Planning | CRM & Social
  • Demand Generation | Drive footfall to stores (paid and organic tools) | Full year calendar with focus on biz objective and ROI
  • Store Digital identity creation, awareness driving, reputation management and driving traffic to store
  • Creating / promoting store proposition across GenZ/ Millennials

  • Events & Activations
  • Drive GenZ Experiences at store to enhance traffic and conversion (linked to new product launches, festive and other topical events)
  • Focus on flagships stores to have an always on events calendar

  • New store launches: Create a launch and sustenance plan for new store launches (leveraging Social, PR, CRM, Digital and on ground activations)

  • Data understanding: Drive a deep understanding of the consumer through data, insights and measurement, ensuring activity is always optimised.

  • Creative designing and Agency management

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Adapt and optimise plans dependant on business & channel specific requirement.
  • Collaborative working across functions while bringing teams and people together to work more effectively and efficiently
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders across the wider, SIEL product divisions, regional teams, HQ through skilled communications and subject matter understanding to achieve alignment
