- Digital Media Planning | CRM & Social
- Demand Generation | Drive footfall to stores (paid and organic tools) | Full year calendar with focus on biz objective and ROI
- Store Digital identity creation, awareness driving, reputation management and driving traffic to store
- Creating / promoting store proposition across GenZ/ Millennials
- Events & Activations
- Drive GenZ Experiences at store to enhance traffic and conversion (linked to new product launches, festive and other topical events)
- Focus on flagships stores to have an always on events calendar
- New store launches: Create a launch and sustenance plan for new store launches (leveraging Social, PR, CRM, Digital and on ground activations)
- Data understanding: Drive a deep understanding of the consumer through data, insights and measurement, ensuring activity is always optimised.
- Creative designing and Agency management
- Stakeholder Management
- Adapt and optimise plans dependant on business & channel specific requirement.
- Collaborative working across functions while bringing teams and people together to work more effectively and efficiently
- Collaboration with key stakeholders across the wider, SIEL product divisions, regional teams, HQ through skilled communications and subject matter understanding to achieve alignment
