Role: Senior Manager / AVP / Associate Director - Retail Leasing
Location: Hyderabad / Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end retail leasing transactions (malls / high streets)
- Identify and onboard brands (F&B, Apparel, QSR, Lifestyle, etc.)
- Manage site selection, commercial negotiations & deal closures
- Build relationships with brands, developers, and landlords
- Execute store expansion strategies across key micro-markets
Experience Required
- Brand-side Retail Leasing (Expansion)
- Mall / High Street Leasing
- Strong deal closure track record
Experience Range
Senior Manager: 8-12 years
AVP / Associate Director: 12-18+ years
