Job Description

The Leasing Executive is responsible for gathering property information relevant to the Leasing of retail outlets & Dark Stores .
Responsibilities
Conduct regular on-ground surveys & gather relevant data of commercial & retail pr
operties.
Collect data on competing properties and projects (rent, size, specifications, amenities, etc.)
Undertake physical site visits to assess property conditions, locations, access, visibility, and infrastructure.
Build relationships with property managers, landlords and consultants to gather market intelligence.
Support leasing teams by providing data needed for client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Maintain an updated database of available properties, rental rates, and occupancy status.
Regularly update internal systems/CRM with survey results and findings.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal communicatio
n skills.
2-5 years of experience in real estate market research, preferably in leasing.
Knowledge of different real estate segments, including office, retail, warehousing, and industrial properties.
Should be comfortable with Travelling
Should be comfortable with using MS Office & CRM
